Bidra med feedbackOrder touch screens are a little bit glitchy, and I think (as always) the employees are overworked, even they they try hard. Not their fault.
What you need to keep in mind, that the employees are the whole time under pressure, and yet the did a good job, tried to deliver fast and stayed freindly, thank u foor the good service
Quiet clean and spacious. Doesn't look the biggest from outside but is a nice KFC. Toilet code is on your receipt.
We went to this KFC today. The ordering machine was veery slow. After we managed to place our order, there was no option to pay by card on the machine, so we had to choose to pay at the kiosk. Upon payment, the girl choose the wrong order, so we paid someone else 's order. We expected to have some refund or whatever on the spot, but we were told that the refund will be back at our bank in 72. We did not get any document or similar to certify that we will get our money back. Now waiting to see if the money will be refund as told. There was not even a proper Sorry from the staff. They asked us to make our order again, since our order was lost (no idea how, since it was not even paid). Well, no nerves to make another order, so we left. Would not recommend the place, since there is not even a minimum service level provided.
By far the worst KFC branch in my life. The service was extremely slow, inefficient and the staff were never kind to clients. I had to wait just for some chichen menue for 25 minutes after making payment. The taste was too solty and full of oil. Don't visit this one.
