Burger King Joan De Borbo - Barcelona

Should have read the reviews first. Paid close to 10 euro for this tiny amount of food, which was supposed to be 'XL '. Cheaper options were advertised on the screens but then 'not available ' in the menu. Most of the ordering screens didn 't work and the one that did, wouldn 't print my receipt. A drink machine was also out of order. The place was dirty and pigeons walked around. Toilets also filthy. This is the absolute worst Burger King I ever went to. I see positive reviews of today 's date... Undoubtedly fake reviews. Avoid! EDIT after BK 's irrelevant response: my using the app is not going to make this location cleaner, nor will it 'fix ' the out of order machines.

It was clean enough, good came on time and the baby change facilties was locked and spotless. We were there early and it was fine for us as a pit stop rather than spending more elsewhere.

Cold food and very dirty place. Friendly staff and probably needs more assistance

There are no persons in the kitchen!!! You wait so long! I was there 15x times, always the same! No ice ,no receipts, slow ordering,dirty place, light bulbs blinking, bad food. The sad part is that it's still better than the average burger King experiência in Barcelona. How sad that the quality is so dramatically low when compared to other branches.
