I had double room. The room was big enough. Huge bed. Nice linen and blankets. 2 power sockets on each side of the bed. Vault big enough to store a laptop. Comfortable bathroom with bath and shower. Complementary slippers and cosmetics. Good breakfast, the same every day but I was not bored after 4 days. Great location.

We spent 2 nights and were a little disappointed in the small rooms and claustrophobic feeling. Staff very nice, breakfast good. Nice to have a cooler of cold water bottles on each floor. The restaurant service was not friendly or patient, the food ok but nothing special.

Have eaten here several times, Very upscale, great service, Wonderful Catalan food. Non inexpensive, but worth every penny. It is located inside the building with the hotel.

Loved the location of this hotel and its old world feel. Steps from the metro and in the midst of the charming labyrinth of streets that make up the old section of the city. Convenient to many tourist sites and lots of great restaurants. Our room was clean, comfortable and well maintained. Staff was pleasant and helpful. We purchased the optional daily breakfast buffet and enjoyed it . Nice variety and they would make egg dishes for you. Good start to each day.

On a small street with lots of charm just off the main road, the lobby has a lot to be desired. However the ROOMS were very nicely appointed, and the largest bed I’ve ever slept in. You could have a three or foursome if that’s your thing and there would be enough room fro everyone! All kidding aside, very helpful staff and easy access to the metro, the Rambla and taxis. LOTS of nearby restaurants. We stayed 3 nights for about 480 euro. I’d stay here again.
