Creperie Barjole - Barbizon

Nice terrace, good for a fast lunch. Big salads, traditional and modern crepes. Nice staff. Barbizon is a nice village for a visit, although there is not much to do.

We stayed in Barbizon for a week and went to Creperie Barjole 3x. Once for late afternoon ice cream, Monday night dinner and Friday lunch, which was particularly busy and I'm glad I had a reservation. Nice terrace, good vibe had a high chair and children's menu, which was much appreciated. Good crepes and the burger was good too! Friendly service. Would definitely return.

Not many restaurants are open on a Monday and we also did not want a big lunch. We opted for the creperie. Good choice. Although we had gallettes and crepes we saw a number of other dishes being served which also looked great. Enjoyed our break

We visited Barbizon as part of a touring holiday and chanced upon this restaurant for a quick lunch. The service was friendly enough and the salads were good quality, and quite reasonably priced. Many of the restaurants in Barbizon offer full meals, and some open evenings only. This was a full-day operation, with a relaxed atmosphere. Well worth a visit.

Food ok, ambience poor. Staff friendly but it all lacked a bit of style. It did say they were new owners so maybe they haven't got there act together yet.
