Jimmy John's - Barberton

Ordered a sandwich meal for lunch. Horrible. They put what seemed to be a jar of teriyaki sauce on the sandwich, making it not edible and on top of that it ruined my blouse. I returned the meal asking for a refund. Ashley the manager took my number, saying I would have a credit for when I returned. Well I returned several weeks later to find out she wasn’t very honest. There was no credit. Basically I gave them $13+ dollars and wasted my gas. My advice would be to check your food before leaving the building. As for me, it’s a wash. I will never ever order again from JJ.

More like freaky slow. These guys refused to refund an order that was placed at 11:20, and not delivered until 12:45 (I have cameras). I called the store and explained that I had appointments to attend and had to leave at 12:20 and asked for a refund but was quickly told no because I placed the order and it was delivered... After over an hour after I'd left.

Love the kids thar work here and they're Goat friendly.

Better Jimmy John's than most. However, even with online ordering and putting on no tomatoes still get tomatoes. Still...it's good ish.

You get One star. for bringing a teen in for an interview on a holiday just to tell them your fully staffed Their first job interview at that , how disappointing.
