Good quality with central heating and heating. Centralize the heating only from 3PM to 11PM, as it is gas heating, because the room gets cold during the night. I went to Feb 23 and had good experiences, food quality was good and had good options in breakfast and dinner. The staff is polite. 24 hours hot water supply. Very close to Gandola.

Decent hotel in Gulmarg. One gets the very feel of fully wooden house if you ever want to stay. Our room had a double bed and single bed. Though the room size was not very big but was quite manageable. Unfortunately they didn't had a concept of kettle so if you need hot water you need to call n get it. Same for tea as well. Important to note that heater works from 6pm 11 pm only. But you have electric blankets which can make your bed super hot and you would eventually turn it off within an hour only. We enjoyed the full night even without electric blankets as we love a bit cold : . We had dinner n breakfast. Food is okay, restaurant remains warm enough to feel good in a cool climate.

It is a nice cozy place very near to gondola station. Rooms may be little small but all other things are good. The staff is courteous and food is good . Pls donot go by negative reviews which are years old .. current status is much different and is acceptable in all ways .

Very nice property. Location is good, very close to Gondola. Rooms are nice and large with wood on flooring, walls and ceiling too. The staff are courteous. Food is not so very good hence one star less

Visited the property in the month of October 2022. Booked two rooms. Both the rooms had view of the beautiful mountains and gulmarg valley...The rooms were cosy, clean and had heating facilities available. The washroom was also clean. Welcome toiletry kit, electric kettle, mattress heating etc were also provides. Staffs were courteous, helpful. Food served at buffet dinner was too good...and had variety of veg and non veg options...Bismillah! Overall loved the place. Keep it up Hotel khaleel place
