Pala Pizza - Barahona

It is the best pizza we've found in Barahona. The bathroom is clean and always has running water and soap. The air conditioning is also always working and rarely TOO cold. The service can be very friendly or it can be moderately sullen. The ingredients on the pizzas or in the pasta dishes do not always taste fresh. Last night there was not enough sauce on the pizza, but the server bought out extra quickly. All in all, it can be expensive for what you get. It still is the most reliably decent restaurant in Barahona.

Good place, but need to improve the customer service.

Food is excellent, chief is friendly, waitresses are not so customer oriented, due to the attitude of one of them, since my order was take out , I preffered to wait in the car instead of inside

I would give a 0 star review but i cant. We asked for cheese sticks, we are vegetarian and we dont eat meat. The waitress took the ofer wrong and brought us chicken sticks, we didnt know it until we took a bite, we called the waitress and told her gently about the mistake and asked her to please bring the cheese sticks. When she came back with the sticks she said that there were 2 chicken sticks that had a bite, and that she dont understand how we are vegetarian, so we explained to her that we didnt know that she was going to take the wrong order, so we bite them as we thought they were the cheese sticks, we told her we would pay for the chicken stuff anyways. And so they did chsrge us for the chicken sticks. Really bad customer service. Also we ordered pizza and the crust was awful.

The pizza was good as expected. the service fast. restaurent has not served a food in the interior. given the circumstances of covid, I think it was the best approach
