Arby's - Baraboo

Very inconsistent. Some days with the right crew this location is great. When their off the food and the service leave something to be desired. We stopped in today, 3/4/24 about 6PM. I expect a bit off a wait since its around the dinner rush. Nope, in the time it took us to order in the drive through and drive around to the pay window food was being shoved out the window. The person who took order was impolite. I asked for a receipt and didn't get one. My strawberry lemonade wasn't mixed, the food wasn't even warm when we got it. I would have gladly waited for fresh and hot food. This location wasn't even busy at the time. The roast beef was cold and undercooked. The curly fries were stale, hard, and barely warm. The cheese dip was cold.We live less than five minutes away and we got home to find that we couldn't even go back to ask for our order to be refunded or remade because we didn't get a receipt.I really enjoy Arby's and just wish service like this at the Baraboo location wasn't so frequent. It's honest a toss up as to what you'll experience here.

Nothing special just another fast food place. I had the French dip. Bread was doughy and tough, not fresh, the meat was as expected ..over processed, and the au jus was too thick and very salty. The new fried Mac and cheese bites are very good. I would buy them again even tho for only 4 pieces they seemed kinda pricey.

Went and picked up dinner one of the workers coughed into her hand and still continued to touch food and other things without washing her hands. Then when my food was bagged by the time I got home the juices from the meat made the box soggy and break apart and the entire bottom of the bag was busted open. Thankfully I was paying attention otherwise my food would have went all over the ground.. not happy with my experience

We order food around 7:30 pm, the girl at the window has zero customer service knowledge, like she was working for free and our curly fries were only half way

Very disappointed!Ordered a double beef and cheeder and a classic beef and cheeder. There was barley enough meat for a classic between both sandwiches. The fries were on the cold side and were clumped together. If the food was inexpensive I would not say anything, but it's not..Ended up having to stop somewhere else for food.Also, there was no sauces available.WILL NOT RETURN!
