Jeannie's Great Maine Breakfast

Jeannie's Great Maine Breakfast lives on his name. As someone who usually doesn't like breakfast food, I had a great breakfast here. We ordered the blueberry pancakes with the blueberry jam and the omelet fucket. The blueberry pancake is one of the best pancakes I've ever had. The texture was fluffy and there was Blueberry in every bite. But adding homemade blueberry jam up on it really increases the experience. The jam looked like maple syrup and perfectly complemented the pancakes. Don't forget to order when you come here. The omelette skill was cooked for perfection, and the homemade sausage was simply phenomenal. Don't let the 1 hour waiting time be deterred, it passes quickly and the value for breakfast is worth it!

Not the best place to breakfast if you? looking for vegetarian/vegan. They had many vegan options, but taste is what was missing. Reading from the menu, everything sounded delicious, but not really fulfilling expectations. The main problem was that they used the same Tofu recipe to several dishes and both were tasteful (real Bland). Fries wasn't good either. Non vegan food was good and my friends enjoyed it. Overall, it is a good place, but not the best for vegan options

Great breakfast. Everything is exceptionally delicious! Homemade strawberry / Rhabarb canned with pancakes were great! It was a bit cool, but they delivered blankets. Very recommended!

We ate here every year? ve come to Bar Harbor and NIE disappointed! Most AMAZING food and service is just as great! Today was something special because it was our son 7. Birthday is and when I asked her to make him a special breakfast, they did not hesitate and asked the whole restaurant to sing too! All six of us loved our food the filled French toast was a favorite (didn?t get a picture of it)! And the pancakes, omelettes and potatoes were so good! HIGHLY recommend!!!

Blueberry pancakes were good, but I like to put butter between my pancakes and unfortunately they were all stuck together. We had couple of orders of bacon one of them was undercooked and the other one was good. The corned beef hash was not up to par. It wasn't worth trying to send anything back, since they were so busy. Service seemed nice but stretched. Seemed overpriced for the quantity and quality.
