Bidra med feedbackThis is a traditional charcuterie ... saucisson in always form ... local cheese unfortunately they had run out ... wrong time of the year! but the saucisson is a spirit that still enjoys it today. delicious. if you have the opportunity to wait until opening hours and they had strange hours. I think they're opening around 14h15 weeks.
A region salt restorer advised us to come to this shop taste the twigs (long and fine sausage) And it really deserves a small detour. The visual is nice (the twigs dry by hundreds in the shop) and the taste is good (fenouil extra )!The shop also sells the cheese of the corner (fresh hare in a chestnut leaf)
We have been treated with the twigs (although the one with the pepper) and sausages (porc and wild boar)! a little disappointed by the goat cheeses that dried very quickly.Personal pleasant and smiling. It's not a restaurant but a charcuterie!
Every time we go to banon we stop to the twig for the delicious good products of the region.
Then I go to the contrary of all that has been written: the famous twigs must be there for years, their taste smells like past sausage. The charcuterie is not better, the frog was, at best, passable. horrible if we consider the value-price ratio. the reception is not also especially pleasant. Avoid this place, this gentleman took the big head and no longer thinks of making money. important: it is not a restaurant but a butcher shop.
