Bidra med feedbackWe were the first people there for lunch and it still took forever to receive our food. After our order was placed our server never returned to refill drinks. We saw a water pitcher sitting at a nearby table and refilled them ourselves. The person that sat us (I assume the owner or manager) was wearing a jogging suit... seemed unfitting for a “fine dining” restaurant. The food was mediocre... can get the same for much cheaper somewhere else. Will not be back! Edited to add: In response to the owner’s response below, I think you have me confused with another unhappy customer. We did not sit at the bar, nor did we order any alcoholic drinks. We DID tip our waiter. Also, you can absolutely wear whatever you want! The comment was not put there to be disrespectful. I was simply letting you know my observation. If an owner is going to be dealing with customers in person, I would expect them to be held to the same standards as their staff whom were dressed in black button-ups and black pants. My hope was that the review would help the restaurant to improve.
Waited a long time and our drinks were always empty. When we finally got refills for our teenage children (girl 14, boy 13) the waiter said here you go ladies . Ordered an old fashioned from the bar which tasted terrible. There were long gaps where we never saw our waiter for 15+ minutes. They were out of 3 different wines that we asked for. Questions we asked about menu items were always answered with I 'm not sure, but I can check. Waiter acted like she was mad at times. I 'm submitting this review and we 've been here for an hour and 15 minutes and we don 't have our food. At the 1:30 mark we received our food. The food was actually good in a lot of ways- almost enough for me to change this to a 2, but then my wife discovered that her lobster was undercooked. Total bill was almost $200 before tip because we got a $58 bottle of wine. The wine was the only thing that was worth it.
If you are looking for an incredible dining venue, come to Elevations. We were warmly greeted by one of the owners, and he seated us at a very nice table. Live music was playing, and we enjoyed that. Both of us love fish, and I had the salmon. It was medium rare, and quite flavorful. Paul had trout, and it was perfect! The dessert for two was Bananas Foster, and it caught the attention of other diners. The waitress was wonderful, and she is also a teacher! Her service was excellent. Going here was worth the thirty minute drive. We will be back!
Never have I had a pork chop that was so tender I could cut it with a fork. It was SO tender, juicy, and flavorful. The potatoes and asparagus were good but I would have gladly traded them for another portion of the pork chop. For dessert we shared the flourless chocolate torte. It tasted as good as it looked. A beautiful presentation. Our server Jacob was attentive and a pleasure to meet. We have added Elevations to our short list of special occasion Friday dinner date-night spots!
We have eaten here several times since they opened. I especially enjoy their breakfast they open for breakfast I think just Friday Sunday. The staff is attentive and food delicious. They seem to have live music during dinner time at least whenever we go for dinner there seems to be live music, which is very nice. The bar area is very nice and separate from the main dining area. They have outdoor seating as well.
