Just had a Menulog order from your store and what took forever to arrive the chips were absolutely disgusting limp and not even brown.Big waste of money

Me and my partner came in around 1.15pm my partner went to the females toilets and she said the floor was oily and there was excessive amounts of dust everywhere, I ordered the food and struggled to find a table that was semi clean to eat at, all tables were extremely dirty there is food and drink products everywhere over the tables and walls it was disgusting, I'm on crutches as I've just had ankle surgery. I went to the toilets to wash my hands and on the way to the toilet I got to just past the staff door that leads to the kitchen and as I put my cruches down they slipped out from under me because the floor is so oily. I had to put my freshly operated foot down to stop myself from falling over. This happen with almost every step I took. Now I'm in absolutely agony from having to put so much pressure that fast onto my my foot, even my left foot with a shoe on was slipping cause the floors are that oily I'm surprised that the middke east havent invaded your store for the amout of oill thats everywhere. This is the most disgusting restaurant I have ever been in, I've seen restaurants in Bali in better condition. The manager should be ashamed of themselves on letting the restaurant get in that state and getting that unsafe for customers.

Waited two hours for an online order and the manager said she assumed it had been with the driver. Didn’t know if it was packed or not. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$60–80
