Wendy's - Bangor Township

Today this one manager, blonde and short. Idk her name, but she started to yell at the top of her lungs. As I watched I saw heard her scream at another man for no reason after offering help. I don’t know this woman is, but she should not be in the restaurant industry. She is extremely rude and has no right to talk to anyone like that, I can only imagine how the employees get treated when no one is around. Sad how people act nowadays.

Prices are a lot higher than han other fast food....spending 40$ for lunch is too

Went there to pick up lunch with a friend, and was surprised to find the new owners have taken over and changed the menu drastically. They have removed a lot of sandwiches from the menu. It was mostly hamburgers and chicken nuggets. The menu was difficult to read because there was a lot of things missing and nothing I could eat. I asked about the chicken nuggets(10 piece) was the only one that came as a meal. They also had 4 and 8 piece nuggets, but they didn't come with fries and a drink. I thought that was a little strange because a lot of people can eat 10 pieces. When we got back home, we discovered they forgot a 10 piece order of nuggets and small fries. So drove back to pick it up. Wendy's use to be so good and they carried a variety of food, but not anymore. I will never go back to Wendy's. If they want to stay in business they should bring back all the foods they've omitted.?

Stood in store at counter for over 5 mins waiting to be waited on. (Time of day, 5:15 pm) Wanted to order a strawberry frosty per menu and was told all they have is Chocolate or Pumpkin. Pumpkin isn't on the menu but strawberry is. This is a management issue. Wont be coming back
