Ponderosa - Bangor Township

5-15-24 around 3:30. Freezing with the air conditioner blasting. Food was cold . Jumbo shrimp were not fried long enough. Was keeping my fingers crossed I didn't get sick . Disappointing experience .

So I gave them 3*s because the ol9NE thing I like to go for is NEVER available and the excuses are....we RAN OUT....we CHANGED the menu.... which is it. I will gladly chang my review rating once I get a straight answer. The strangely small fried wings are smaller than my pinky lil the are cute but tasty. The salad bar is also hit and miss. Sometimes they have black olive sometimes green some times none at all. No fresh peas etc but great salad choices still. All in all I 'm happy to go in fact going tonight hope they found the disappearing greens or changed them back as cabbage is not a great substitute for greens!! ?

Maybe try the steaks? The buffet was clean and well lit. The hot bar food was fresh, salty, and warm if not exemplary.

Amazing hot food choices. I haven’t been here in a while but I’m glad I came this time! Very satisfied!

It's a little pricey, but if you have a hearty appetite, it is a good buffet.
