Bidra med feedbackWas excited to try this little place. I was originally headed nearby to Rasayana but noticed this. While not comparable, and not raw, the macrobiotic food in this place was quite good, and tasted very clean healthy. I tried the mixed salad which was filled with all kinds of things I had never eaten before. The only thing not vegan they offer is dried fish, so eating vegan there is pretty easy. I also had the sesame soup with was quite good, though a bit thick in places. Their food options are somewhat limited and they also run out of some choices if you come late. The store has a large selection of health products and I also was able to pick some herbal teas to help with a cough I've been fighting.
Has some good options for vegans like cocosyogurts and some prefabricated salads and roll. is hit and miss. help workers if not Thai reading people aka I, need to find vegan products. I find most of the packaged products have too much sugar, granola and bars for example. Could not make a complete shop here, but good for add-ons they can not find in the super market.
I love this place. it offers a good amount of vegan products and the best ananas! also there are lunchboxes to eat. also has vegan sausages and other meat substitutes available. vegan bakery too! stuff are very friendly and helpful.
We were so relieved when we found this place and saw that he was on camp with a good selection of organic fresh products. we are not raw foods, but we try to eat at least 50% raw, so on the trip we buy mixer and make our own raw smoothies an breakfast. more annoying without fresh organic products is the whole exercise pointless, and this little place solved the dilemma for us. Although not a huge selection (some of the veges gave us unknown so that we raised on the side of the foreseeable and only got what we know can be consumed raw) it is enough that somehoe a row of nutritious smoothies join together. the fruit selection is better than the veg, with bio-drama fruit, papaya, watermelone, banane, guave, ananas, etc. even managed to get some tamarinds although not fresh in the capsule (it is ready to eat in a package). there was also a medium-sized selection of health care products. I have reviewed some local, but was disappointed that they contain sls etc. so that no shopping made there. there was also some organic cold pressed cocos oil, as well as some spoons and pumpkin seeds. had no chance to try one of the macrobiotic suppenings since they were ready at 16 o'clock (apparently the caffe is open between 9 o'clock and 2 o'clock), but was looking forward to a few next times. interesting location on the back of a gas stand. can not say I would call it an ideal choice, but nevertheless very glad that this place exists!
