Both weren't heated this always happens with krispy Kreme they don't heat the product before sending this is very near from my place if they would have heated it would have been atleast a little bit warm not hot it's cold in my hand very disappointed

Original glazed donut was quite tasty, but chocolate one was too sugary and felt very heavy
