Bidra med feedbackI had ordered an avantgarde French toast with cream cheese and bacon). What came was mostly just French toast. The chef couldn’t be stingier with the cream cheese and bacon. It was nearly invisible. I might as well have just ordered a regular French toast.Seems to me like the chef missed a couple of semesters during training?Regret I did not take pictures to upload.Be on guard if you order an avantgarde at this cafe. Ambience did not disappoint.
A nice and quite place to dine with your loved ones. The cafe is inside a vintage building which also houses small antique, textile, crockery shops. We had English breakfast, peri peri chicken, Brownie and the portion size was small compared to other places. Every single item on the plate looked small. Food is okay and there wasn't a memorable dish. It took a while for us to give the order even though the place wasn't crowded and the waiters were just standing there in our vicinity. The staff can attend to the tables much faster is what I felt. Avid readers would like this Cafe as the setting is perfect for reading peacefully while sipping on a cup of coffee.
This cafe can be hard to find if you are new to that locality and it has multiple shops inside the cafe. Food here dint meet the expectations but the vibe and atmosphere of the cafe is beautiful. Service was disappointing as we had to call multiple waiters multiple times just to get bill but they all kept forgetting or got busy. They charge service tax which is complimentary so make sure you go through the bill before paying. There are multiple shops inside the cafe so do visit, unique stuff but i felt they were much on expensive side.
