Bidra med feedbackWe had a round of neer dosas as well as Kerala chicken curry and prawn ghee roast .awesome
I visited this restaurant on a weekend afternoon for lunch as I had a seafood craving. There is not much advertisement there is a homely feel to it. To be honest, I almost loved all of the items I've tried there. So, getting right to it I will list down my recommendations:<br/ <br/ 1) Crab Masala: the tangy masala is mouth watering the crabs are fresh, sweet juicy.<br/ 2) Karimeen Pollichathu: This fish preparation was the best I've had till date. There was a hint of smokiness in this the taste of the fish was marvellous.<br/ 3)Prawn Ghee Roast: not that spicy, but very very tasty!<br/ 4) Fishermen's meal: homely, fulfilling classic. Their jackfruit papad was just too good.<br/ 5) Konchu Thoran: Try it to believe it. If you love prawns coconut, this is for you.<br/ <br/ All the accompaniments were at par. However, I felt that the Kappa Biryani had too much tapioca practically no meat. I'd avoid that if I revisit.<br/ <br/ Apart from that, my 2 hours were very satisfying I'll definitely recommend a visit.<br/ <br/ I'll update my review in case I revisit.<br/ [hidden link]
If you want to have some hearty meal at a pocket friendly prices, then this is the place to be.<br/ <br/ On a Monday afternoon, it was a bit empty but we could relish the food without second thoughts. especially their crab, which is a must have by the way.<br/ <br/ The starters are quite decent, but the squid roast takes the cake.i know you will be looking what to have by now so here goes<br/ <br/ Crab masala<br/ Kappa biriyani<br/ Chicken stew with appam<br/ And<br/ <br/ Definitely the konchu thoran<br/
