Bidra med feedbackOne of the best dining experiences ever. I was very skeptical about the wasabi mushrooms but they turned out be the highlight of the night!! The main course was absolutely delicious but found the serving size to be slightly large for a single person. Might have also been because the starters were so good and we loaded up on that!! The pornstart martini was my favorite cocktail while my friend absolutely loved the lavender paloma!! Definitely coming back here soon!!<br/ <br/ Ps : you might want to carry a shawl if you dine at night. Get pretty chilly on the edge!!<br/ <br/ Thankyou Asean for the wonderful experience!
Pretty place and view was great. The stadium view was amazing food was good and ambience was warm and cozy.
The ambience is lovely the staff very friendly. The food is something everyone should try...your taste buds will definitely be hit with different flavours with every bite. Among all the dishes we tried, we would recommend the good fortune soup (for all the soup lovers) it is different from the usual soup but very tasty. Then there was the Thai chilli beef which was our personal favourite and then the hangover noodles.
Dinner is normally the lightest meal of the day and most leisured meal I enjoy after a long day .A friend was visiting and she wanted to go somewhere nice but not just the same old Indian or Chinese . So I decided to go to ASEAN -On The Edge. This is one of my favourite places especially since it’s a roof top restaurant on the13th floor of Barton centre away from all the noise. Sitting up their you can see Bangalore in a very different frame . I’ve had quite a dishes from their menu and all are great . Even their quantity is just perfect for two people . To start off , I had a red wine sangria . I am a big fan of sangria. It was fruity and the wine was just perfect not too sweet . A bit disappointed as the fruits were cut into big pieces and I had too eat it with a spoon later on. We decided to have just two starters. One was San Chow Bow- fresh, crisp lettuce cups that is filled with pork that had just the perfect dash of lime and mint. It was a bit spicy but it was definitely filling and appetising. It had salted peanuts and a salad on the sides They do have a vegetarian and chicken filling , so no one is left out . We also ordered Nonya Butter crunchy prawn. The prawns were well cooked and a good size . It was light and crunchy in texture . It had a salad on the side which cabbage with a dotted with a spicy chilly sauce. Finally for dessert we ordered the Japanese Cheesecake which was served with an orange compote . The cheesecake wasn’t soft as we had thought it would be . It definitely tasted nice and the orange compote complimented it . #midweekdinners #rooftop #quietplaces #starlightnite #redwinesangria #loveforfood #foodporn #foodbloggers #asiancuisine #friendslikefamily
The place has an amazing view of the city. Loved the food. Ambience is great as the music is slow and pleasant to the ears. Price-wise is on the higher side. Overall, its a good option for a family occasion or a candlelight dinner with your date.
