Tooloulou's - Banff

My husband and i enjoy canjun spices and its hard to find a restaurant that has both meat and seafood as he does not like shellfish. This one had such a variety it drew my attention. I had deep fried oysters which is a new taste for me and they were nice and tender and the dipping sauce was the perfect heat. He had the "boudin balls' which is a mixture of proteins and rice and he really enjoyed them which is unusual as he usually doesn't order and appetizer. Both dishes came with dirty rice which was so tasty. Green beans with a little bacon and feta cheese was the veggie of the day. I had the seafood skillet which was craw fish, scallops and shrimp. The scallops were huge. The young girl that served us was knowledgeable about the menu and very efficient. Given the opportunity we will certainly go back and highly recommend it. BUT be sure to make a reservation as it is that popular and only seats about 60.

Just flew in to town and decided pop into here for dinner ,little bit of wait understandably as they were very busy however super friendly staff and delicious food and well worth waiting around for if you should need to wait they are incredibly nice and do everything to get you in and seated as quick as possible . God so good went back next morning for breakfast and again superb staff and delicious food , be back again many times in the future .

Tooloulou's is a brilliant place ! we managed to drop in at the right time and only had a short wait for a table for 4 - burgers were fantastic . I had shrimp stir fry and it was delicious !! reasonably priced drinks and excellent food with friendly service . Would recommend this restaurant as THE place to eat in Banff . First class !

We made a reservation which I was glad for. Husband and son tried the crawfish boil and alligator bites for the first time. I had a vegetarian mile high stir fry and the flavour was wonderful! Overall a unique and fun experience. Service was excellent.

Great food excellent service loved it......My husband and I went for a late breakfast. I forgot to mention my allergy as my food items I ordered did not have it mentioned, When our food came out my plate was garnished with my food allergy item. I apologized and tried to remove it however it was in part of the omelet. Our server offered to replace it before without hesitation.The second one looked as good as the first.Thanks for a great meal...
