Sushi Bistro - Banff

Here from the sushi options in banff, how had a Gf menu on their website. when I was asked if I was celiac. after taking out, they confirmed that the soy sauce was included was not a high-end place, but sushi was solid. would definitely go back!

Once I mentioned that I had a zöliakie, they told me they turned off the cutting plates and knives. they understand the meaning of avoiding cross-contamination!

Fab and attentive service. delicious sushi expected little was impressed by the moment I came in.

We went to lunch, the sushi is simple, but delicious. good proportions, not too large, so that they order a lot to share, but not at the end unlikely filled, try to finish everything. the service was good.

Usually I'm a sushi house type, they were closed and I said we'd give this place a try. it was not forbidden. were perfect and the bento was amazing. will be back. the personal was top notch
