Bison Restaurant & Terrace - Banff

It has been a while since we have been able to enjoy The Bison, and we absolutely enjoyed our night out. Caesar salad, yellowtail crudo, fire roasted octopus, beef tartare, burrata and both desserts were INCREDIBLE.

Our family booked the Bison Restaurant for a wedding reception. We had the whole top floor. What a superb evening. The staff were fantastic. The food was delicious and the service was polite and fast. Thank you.

This restuarant is very high quality. It's called The Bison so, naturally, we had bison as a main course. The bison short rib was stunning, melt-in-the mouth food and the wild boar/buffalo/bison meat loaf was also excellent. And, despite being a Canadian sized portion, it was gone in a flash. Service was excellent and the restaurant has a wide choice of cocktails to sample. Would definitely recommend.

Great restaurant right in the middle of Banff. Make a reservation, because this place is full every night. Superb views from the terrace upstairs. High quality food, attentive service. Top notch.

Everything was excellent- nice service and preparation, varied menu, comfortable seating and view. would go again.
