Fantastic experience!! From walking into the gorgeous lobby, to the excellent service at the front desk, this was one of our most enjoyable hotel getaway experiences in a long time. Our suite was elegant, comfortable and had a wonderful view. The jetted tub was relaxing and the separate shower/toilet (with its own door) made relaxing in the tub enjoyable as there was no need to rush. The restaurant on site was wonderful, with delicious and elegant meals available at a very reasonable price. Can't wait to visit again! The staff at the front desk were absolutely amazing. Very very helpful. Very sweet and kind. Rooms were very outdated style wise and so were the Halls. The beds were relatively comfortable... But they used sheets as duvet covers which was subpar Parking you had to pay for in the hotel in the garage down in the basement there was nowhere else to park Rooms: I did a video which I can't seem to upload. Very subpar clean but the duvet had a sheet on top and a sheet below. Not acceptable when you're paying that kind of money Walkability: Could walk all over Banff. It was amazing... Great hotel! Good location, nice spa area. Not so well equipped gym. Carpeting in the room and a fridge that buzzed pulls the rating down a bit. Friendly and nice staff! Rooms: 4 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Quiet
