I ordered pizza from pizza pizza app. we were in lake louise. the taste of food was zero. sausage was completely tasteless. it was like we are eating something without ingredients. this thing made me unsatisfied. i have eaten many time pizza from pizza pizza store in montreal and i have never given my negative reviews to pizza pizza. this was the first time this thing happened. I recently visited a Pizza Pizza store, hoping for a quick and satisfying meal, but was met with an experience that was anything but. My intention was to take advantage of their large pizza with 3 drinks special deal. Given that my party does not consume soft drinks, we inquired if we could substitute them for 2 dips instead. This reasonable request was outright denied by one of the staff members. Reluctantly, we settled for a different deal that included dips. As we waited for our order, another customer arrived, opting for the very same deal we initially wanted. Unlike us, they requested to exchange the soft drinks for dips and to our astonishment, this time, the request was granted by a different employee. This inconsistency in service and apparent disregard for customer satisfaction left a sour taste in our mouths, far worse than any unsavory pizza ever could. It's disheartening to witness such disparity in treatment between customers, especially over something as trivial as substituting drinks for dips. This experience has significantly diminished my view of Pizza Pizza. It's crucial for businesses to offer consistent policies and customer service to all patrons.
