The Evergreen - Banff Canada

Our hotel on the street has not offered restaurants, but we were told we could run a minute or two on the street and have breakfast here. through the daily cleaning of our room, we have a voucher for an breakfast here. the dining room was empty when we arrived, so the service was fast and attentive. there was a lot of food, nothing they don't expect, eier, wad, sausage (which may have been kept a little too long) some obstsalat and baked and yogurt. the waffeln had definitiw one because hang around, they were hard and sat in water, but the fruit salad and yogurt were really good. chalks were limited and dusty and comminuted. I didn't try the baked goods, but my husband enjoyed it! the it area was clean, but dated. beautiful clean toilets.

The restaurant was missing from ambiente. the personal tried to get a suitable service, but eating was good. I didn't feel as comfortable as I would like. the waiting staff apologised for a slow service.

My bf and I went to dinner last night and we both starved. we ordered a pizza at 7:45 and at 8:45 we were informed that we did not get it. we have ordered dominos phone and starved. we also said that the chef was displaying and the pizza didn't want to make. if the chef doesn't want to do his job, they should find a job with which they are happy.

The service was absolutely amazing. kisook and jam are wonderful server. bright personalities, very friendly and super polite! that was delicious. french wobble suppe 10/10, suppe of the day was cream of mushroom 9/10, and we both had the sirloin steak with speck and veg. great high quality Alberta cow, which simply melts in the mouth. order it 1 color below as they usually like it! the taste was succulent, the soße was amazing and somehow the steamed vegetables were scattered into magie. we both had the napoleon dessert and that was fantastic! even the whipped cream on it was a step up! I would absolutely recommend that everyone who visits banff eats here and make sure they sit in kisook or jams section!

My wife said to give this 1 star, but my food was pretty good so it's worth 2. The atmosphere is not very good though. Nobody in the restaurant should have been a clue. Pizza is greasy and not the best, although the crust is absolutely delicious; it's the only good thing about the pizza. Bison burger is good. I asked for a water and got straight from the tap. That alone is probably worth a 1 star. The bar has no drinks on tap, only bottled beer. Restaurant has good potential but right now only worth two stars compared to what else is available in Banff.
