Placed a last-minute delivery for my kid's event. Delivery time is spot-on. Excellent service.

Food was as per standard. they were alright. the layout of the restaurant was as usual. the only issue i had was the fact i requested for my drinks to be with no ice. the server also acknowledge regarding the fact i did not want ice but can see prove from photo they added ice. i guess the server can understand simple instructions. the name of the server is not the person who served us. it was a female. i am not alien to the franchise business but i believe there is a policy to use an ID other than your own. more strict policy and training needs to be conducted.

Worst drive thru ever! Drive thru are supposed to be fast but I just waited almost one hour i mean cmom

Brunei most popular fried chicken franchise, just based on their numerous (most) outlets all over the country. Tried their new breakfast menu, garlic rice with corn beef, crispy chicken stripes and egg. Set breakfast meal comes with coffee. They were delicious especially the garlic fluffy rice. Remind me of their long removed garlic rice with beef tapa few decades ago, wish they bring it back. Breakfast menu usually until 11am, but they have it all day for their launch menu now. Advise not to dine in during lunchtime and there usually a very long queue of cars for their drive in service. Waited long time for my food to come even though they had enough staff, just overwhelm with huge takeaway orders coming in.

Some issue is parking space, you have to wait at least 20 to 30 minutes before you can park in some of their branch,, since we love jollibee so much we have to wait again for some items for about 10 minutes to maximum of 20 minutes before they can serve the delicious food.
