Street Churros (nu Sentral)

Service is great, i came around 14.00 for lunch in weekdays. Peri-peri chicken is good maybe a little herbs will be great. Worth to try.

Went there twice in the space of 4 days. Both times they had many and the same dishes out of stock. Food tastes good though.

Lack of service or condiments for being a nandos. I usually order mild anywhere in the world and have to mix it with ketchup since it's on the spicier side for me. To me surprise, I was literally a coleslaw burger, the coleslaw in the picture came out of my burger and no sauce was to be tasted close to any Nanos sauce. Empty ketchup bottles. No response from the staff. Worst nandos I've had anywhere in the world. It's weird that spicy rice and Mediterranean rice have the same taste

Went there for lunch and had to wait in the queue for 15 minutes. When we went in, we had to wait for the food for more than half an hour. We had to follow up with them for a few times and they still served us the wrong orders.

I just had what was my worst dining experience. I am not one to leave negative reviews unless the place went above and beyond to give me a horrible experience. When we arrived, my friend noticed small roaches where the basin was so she notified the waitress thinking maybe they didn't know there were insect feet away from where the food is served. The waitress didn't even acknowledge the comment and just walked away. Initially we thought maybe she didn't understand. I then saw another cockroach on my bag right next to where i was sitting, again we informed the waitress only to have her walk away go to the pantry and slam the door behind her!! When she barged into the kitchen i noticed through the door a bucket filled with a pile of bones sitting next to the sink which is probably the reason for the insects. I was shocked at how she reacted, not only is the place filthy but the attitude of the staff is horrible. I am put off not only by Nandos NU central but I won't be dining at any of there establishments again. Worst experience ever.
