Smokin Chip Wagon - Bancroft

This is hands down the best poutine I have ever eaten. The gravy is homemade, the fries are freshly cut and made to order, and the cheese curds are perfectly silky. It was simply amazing!

I absolutely love this place! The food is very satisfying and the prices are reasonable.

Arrived in Maynooth late Friday afternoon. By the time we checked into the hostel and hit the LCBO (which we were told closed at 6pm but it was really 9pm!), anyplace to eat was closed. SO we hit the chip truck - and were pleasantly surprised! The fish was good, and the fries were plentiful and excellent! Good value.
