This place is awesome, but this location doesn't really have it all together when it comes to getting the correct food that you ordered onlineOn multiple occasions, I received the wrong food in the bag that had my name on it, but someone else's stuff!Crazy, really bad experiencesI was new to the area, and it was super easy to grab coffee, and my usual orderHead off to work and find that f@ !It's not at all what I ordered in the bag!I stopped going to this location if I needed to order ahead, and it still happened that they headed me my order, and it was still wrong ?Found the other location in the cantons, and it's been great. Never once have they let me down!

Always a hit or miss and they always cancel orders with no explanation. Put wrong items on the order, don’t cook it or toast anything.50/50 it’s either gonna be good or gonna be bad.

The best THB is on Boston St., They are the only ones who do this place the best food and service.I have visited every location.This location takes shorcuts and is in a rush to fill DoorDash orders.The people are friendly and cordial.But the food is not on par with other locations.Serve you cold unmelted cheese on a Hot toasted egg and cheese Bagel.Make sure you pay attention when they are calling out orders. Because they will never repeat themselves, and your food will be on a cold bagel with cold cheese.

Placed an order on Uber eats for a bacon egg and cheese with avocado on a bagel. It arrived with Nutella on it. Who in their right mind orders a bacon egg and cheese with Nutella? Completely ruined the sandwich. Also their sausages for their breakfast sandwiches are knotty and flavorless. Don't order the sausage egg and cheese. Lastly I ordered an iced latte, there must not be a drop off coffee in it because it's as white as the milk that left the cow. If I could give zero stars I would.

AgghhhhhYou want so badly to give this place a good review but it’s gone downhill badly. Baltimore is in desperate need of bagel spots. I have always heard not so good stuff regarding the owners so I try to take things with a grain of salt but it’s obvious they take shortcuts.1. I got some bagels to go and when I got home they were soft in the middle and cold. Obviously frozen and were thawing out. How can a bagel be crispy on the outside and mushy in the inside with no butter or cream cheese? I guess underbaked.2. The bagels just taste bland, I really wish they would baked the seasoning in and salt the dough, but the garlic is burnt and all the everything spice just falls off. Look I can get a ciabatta roll with everything spice from Giant that tastes better. Plus their butter just tasted cheap.3. The ordering system is terrible. Look I get that things need to be streamlined but you aren’t McDonald’s. Not at prices of 12 dollars for just a sandwich. My elderly guests can barely read the menu posted it’s so small or navigate the computer. When you ask for someone to take your order instead they act like it’s so inconvenient for them to do so. Fine ok I mean someone takes my order across the street at Starbucks.Anyways maybe they will look into this or not but I don’t recommend.
