Bidra med feedbackI don't write reviews often, but I'm just writing one because this beautiful lady who works here. she was so sweet and friendly, helped me to pack utensil and stuff when my hands were full. She even helped me, such a beautiful lady. I'm so sad that I didn't get her name, but she has long hair (in a ponytail and is on the heavier side (for which I don't have an open and my deepest apologies mean when it insults her or others! my food was good and came fast. eating mcdonalds when it's done right has no mistakes. not the healthiest, but it should not be.
Don’t let them have this mcdonalds address 3619 wilkins ave ghetto disregarded MANagement-went coffee breakfast while I waited for my car 2 to be examined! the ordered coffee to go was asked not to stay! when I asked the man his name, he said owner/manager. I once again asked if he was the owner/operator of the franchise. But I noticed a woman who gave him other teammate coaching, then I asked to speak with her privately. she said she did not know what my situation is in the hand, the service manager had recently problems with vagrants hotting throughout the day. then I gave my scenario again. her answer was easy to look at her and if necessary give coaching. I went out to catch my uber back into the inspection shop and took a picture of the facility, there sat in a vehicle with very tinted windows, the chief of the manager. she spoke healously and offered me a good day when she saw how I took pictures and hurly text. ja ma’am I write a review that writes a letter. lektion learned from my experience, find the closest dieucks!
These workers are so rude. It’s ridiculous. The way they take orders at the drive thru is ignorant. A tall dark skin girl with short hair is taking our order and she’s proceeded to say “You want a what? Is that it? Just pull up to the window” with an attitude. That’s why I hate ordering in these type of areas. The customer service is truly embarrassing.
I ordered through my mobile app, as I have been several times before. they processed my order in the drive and calculated my account and told me that they lost my order. I went in to talk to the manager to pick up my food. the manager sebastian was too confused to help. I went out empty after I tried to get the food I bought 20 minutes before. this situation is always difficult to cope with, I usually go on to the washington blvd store for better service. the management team did not answer or refund me after I filed a complaint.
