Bidra med feedbackThey have this extensive menu but the food is frozen, from a jar, lacking flavor and quality. They are over staffed with many people, besides the waitstaff, running around unorganized and lacking order. The food is thrown together with no thought of presentation and lacked taste. The bar staff was rude and ignored us repeatedly with an attitude as if he didn’t want to be in the service industry. You can tell that the restaurant used to be higher quality but it obviously hasn’t recovered from the pandemic, has very little reinvested back into it and is doing the bare minimum to stay open. The female manager was very professional and honestly, her great demeanor is wasted in a place of this caliber. The menu is very misleading and maybe if they decrease the selection on it they could then increase the quality and presentation of the food served for the prices they charge. I won’t be returning but I hope that they get a rebranding and restructure. It has so much potential but obviously due to leadership or ownership, it isn’t being tapped into. The waitstaff and manager I met though were really nice. I’ve travelled extensively and even remember what this place was like pre-pandemic. Maybe one day it will be restored to that level of quality.
Unimpressive and overpriced. My wife’s salad and our dessert were okay; the vegetarian sushi was occasionally flavorful. But for $38 I would expect a larger stir-fry portion with more than 4 medium shrimp. The bill was out of proportion to the food. Skip it.
Service was outstanding! Restaurant seemed unnecessarily dark. Kinda noisy. Prices high for the food.
Kind of junky atmosphere but food was great props to the web designer making it seem much better online than in real life
Had a reservation for 2 and waited almost an hour to be seated. Didn’t get to try the food because once the waiter finally greeted us after I had to get him, he said the wait was 40 minutes so my boyfriend and I decided to leave.
