The Hop-Hin is a premier dining establishment that I and my business associates frequent during business conferences in Baltimore. The lighting in this establishment is exquisite. I would recommend visiting the Hop-Hin to anyone. Their egg rolls are outstanding, they are made fresh to order. Their fried rice is also quite delicious, I love the way the steam rolls of the top of the container. The Hop-Hin is by far the best Chinese dining establishment that I have ever been to.
