Blackwall Hitch Baltimore

On the day of my reservation the restaurant called me twice: once 2 hours before my reservation and then again an hour before my reservation rudely tell me that I must be on time because brunch ended with 3. my reservation as planned for 2:30. I come to the restaurant around 2:25 and I sat and no menus, dishes ( teller, serviettes, cutlery) I asked about the scurry and the brunch menu and was rudely said that they were now in dinner service, although brunch to 3 clock and at this time it was still only 2:35. . our party asked 3 different busboys where our server was. i a server finally came and took our commands at 2:55. we could get the brunch menu, but only after receiving rude customer service from the young host. I often come to this place specifically because of the better menu options, but I will remember never return after I was treated so badly.

Eating is great, service was great. our waiter Phineas(sp) was phenomenal and even the manager jumped in to help with needs. the food arrived in time, it was hot and prepared as we asked. had a great time back anyway.

The staff was incredibly nice. Like amazingly nice esp Phineas. The apps, entrees, drinks were amazing. Dessert was only thing that was ok. But phenomenal experience!

Introducing my friend to this local chain restaurant was a pleasure! We had great service and she enjoyed all of her selections. Our brunch cocktails were absolutely delicious. Highly recommend Blackwall at any of their locations. #3 and counting!

Friendly and hardworking staff- but understaffed!!! Too many chairs crowded into rooms. Great food but somewhat overpriced. Beer selection limited (no IPAs! . Great location.
