If i could give this place less then one i would. They deserve nothing. and if we would have been compensated with honesty and our refund the day of after asking so many time it wouldnt have came to leaving such a horrible review. But its the truth. Now i see that the fb page review page has been deleted. But here is exactly what i wrote and what happened. We reserved a bushel of steamed number 2 crabs 4/13 for 2pm 4/14 delivered to us. Put a deposit down of $100 upon agreeing on that time and date. 230pm we say okay he must be busy. Last time we order and the time before that he was always late. okay no biggie. 3pm we call him. no answer. We text him, he says give me a min. 4pm a woman shows up with a bushel of live crabs. NOT WHAT WE ORDERED. Half the crabs were already DEAD. Delivery girl calls him no pick up. so we call from another number and ask what happened HE admitted he put the wrong order in her car for us. Then proceeded to cuss and yell at us about it like we were wrong and we did something wrong to him. I was handed my phone and asked if we wanted the bushel he was just about finished steaming and hed bring them himself. I said sure because we have people at our house waiting for crabs but id like a refund as well. he tells me he cant do that bc hes been working his ass off today and he just cant do that. I said we will. we gave him the benefit of the doubt. as i was not giving him the rest of the 90$ since he already had $100 from us! so we thought hour tops! NO MORE hes 20 mins away... 5oclock he should be here. 6 oclock rolls around 615pm now!!! 4 HOURS AND 15 MINS LATE! They are tiny and brought in 2 little bags. he said he steamed the ones in the car! THE DEAD ONES!!!?? Tried saying he still wanted all of our money and we said no you deserve nothing i want our refund this is BEYOND absurd! after screaming and excuse after excuse he says he will take 50 i said i have 45 he took that. So we paid $145 for a bushel of the crabs. He proceeds to lie about the situation. He proceeded to say we were his last stop when we put a deposit in for TWO PM!!!! we have texts to proof! NOT 6pm! He also brought corn family size he says... 7 pieces? and it wasn't even cooked all the way!!! As we began to open the crabs just about every single one of them were COMPLETELY EMPTY and BLACK! DISGUSTING! Some even fell apart in your hand! We then called several times AGAIN for our REFUND AGAIN no answers and voicemail box full so could not leave a message. we paid $145 for crabs and corn that went right into the trash!!! The last kicked is he says hes a licensed Fisherman/crabber and that hes worked his ass off today getting our crabs and steaming them and delivering. as we understand that... he then LIES on my mother in laws review and says he buys from others and resells them?! so whats the truth?! He also thinks that this happens anywhere. Never in my grandmothers 75 years of living has she opened a black crab one after one with absolutely no meat even in the CLAWS!! Not once did he say im sorry we can work something out not once did he even say sorry not once did he say can we take care of this tomorrow or offer our refund or agree to the refund. NOTHING it was excuse after excuse! HORRIBLE businessman-ship! Also tried telling us he paid $16 in tolls to bring them to us, LIE. Tolls are $4 each way! total of $8!! Dont try and play games we arent stupid! We were even going to compensate him with MORE money for tolls then they cost! The better business bureau has been contacted. I really hate to do this to a small business as we LOVE giving our business to small business's but with absolutely no compensation, no remorse, and no refund for trashed crabs and corn, im sorry it came to this.

Terrible customer service, and terrible crabs. What a disgrace to Maryland
