Forli Italiano - Balmain (NSW)

I would not recommend returning to this restaurant. The garlic bread was covered in raw chopped garlic, causing me and my family to spit it out. The main dishes were average at best. We ordered a kids pizza expecting it to be shaped like Mickey Mouse, but it was not as promised. We declined the offer of a free dessert. We were disappointed with our experience at this restaurant, especially since we had chosen it based on positive reviews. We couldn't wait to leave.

I loved the decor of the restaurant and the staff were very friendly . Good choices on the menu and plenty of variety . We ordered a garlic pizza to share which was delicious and I followed with a main course of spaghetti marinara. The serving was very generous with plenty of seafood. I was very impressed . Overall a very pleasant experience. I’d definitely go there again .

This restaurant is a gem. The food is excellent and served in a nice atmosphere. The staff is attentive and the portion sizes are generous. I will definitely return.

Thursday nights are especially good with the live soft jazz. All up pizzas, other dishes and jazz make for a very good evening.

It was a catch up dinner with friends. As we are vegetarian, restaurant tried their best to offer us a pasta that was not on the menu. Pizzas were good. Being a week night the restaurant was 3/4 full.
