This is the best Chinese restaurant in Ballymena, with friendly front counter staff who always greet you with a smile and engage in friendly banter.

Jade is not only the best Chinese restaurant in the city, but also offers top-notch service. Highly recommend!

I ordered a pizza from this restaurant, and it was enjoyable. The only downside was that the ribs were a bit dry, but overall the food was very good.

Excellent service of stephen in front of the house and the honey chili huhn actually makes her lips look like it should.

My pet hate is when people don’t pay attention when you order. Asked for beef, got prawns.....which we would not eat. Too far away to take it back. It was a small order so no excuse. Simply unacceptable. They don’t even accept cards. My advice.....go...to any of the other Chinese’s in harryville. They are ALL better than this one.
