Spent the day on the brotherhood course, which was brilliant. dara was very passionate about his ability, which was a great motivator. we made sourdough, rye focaccia had a fab lunch and many sweet tasty to not mention a lot of fun. for all those looking at the cures I would recommend it, they will never eat super market brot again!

That's such a great place. eating is excellent as the personal. a privilege to watch this beautiful young couple, going from strength to strength.
