Starbucks - Ballwin

Terrible service. They messed up my drink THREE times! The first time I explained the problem and they were like ok we will make another one. They give a drink that is nothing like what I asked for and a smaller size. Then I again explained, they take it back and give me a completely different drink to what I asked. And I do tell them hey I just want my money back. A very disrespectful employee appeared and tell me to take the drink and they will prepare a new drink for me. Then I again tell them that I want a refund and give her my card. She is still disrespectful and hold my card like trying to hide for more than 5 min (something that should have not taken even one). The faces of her coworkers were like what is she doing Terrible experience, horrible customer service, now I am concerned about my card information being compromised.

Waited forever without anyone else waiting or on line orders! and this is not a drive thr!Finally received americano without extra shot or cream. Had to wait again for them to correct order. Hard to believe it took 20 mins for a simple order just think they were new very bad experience. This used to be a great location

They randomly close during open hours.. and when someone is at door, instead of staring at them and ignoring them, let them know WHY you are close at 7 p.m instead of 9. Worst service!

I love Starbucks, quick bite to eat something to satisfy my thirst!
