Great place for family dinner or takeaway, friends meeting or any other occasion, beautiful atmosphere Great portions, delicious food and lovely desserts. Our winning warm goat's cheese salad with prawns, the top notch Friendly staff excellent service.

Best place in town for a family meal! Large portions, very tasty, not expensive. I especially liked the presentation of the food.

Last night myself and 4 of my friends took the lovely table by the window at Venezia Restaurant in Dunlo Street Ballinasloe. Formerly a street known for the landmark Haydens hotel in bygone days, this new and very welcome charm is a throwback to the good old days of Dunlo Street. The staff here are very warm and friendly and were very helpful with our orders. Each of us had a question or had some small requests which was met with ease and each of us got exactly what we ordered. We ordered 2 starters to share between us and for mains we ordered 2 pasta dishes (mine being the tagliatelle carbonara and 3 pizzas. Each of us enjoyed our main dishes and for me the pasta was just at the right temperature and had lovely flavours. There was great buzz when the pizzas arrived as they are very generous with a lovely soft homemade base. We were informed by one of the waitresses that there are take away boxes to take home. This turned out to be a great idea for the pizzas, as it left room for desserts! We ordered cheese cake, tiramisu, pear and almond tart, gelato and the honeycomb ice cream. Everyone was delighted with their choices. The toilet facilities are immaculate and the restaurant was very cosy. The atmosphere in the restaurant was great and there was a good buzz. There was no pressure to leave quicly so we could relax for a bit after eating. It is a great addition to Ballinasloe town. Did I mention the wine there is lovely wine menu to suit all tastes and the Pino Grigio was very popular : . I wish all the staff and owners the very best and congratulate them on a very pristine establishment, long may it last!

Not long back from an outstanding meal in Venezia. . Lovely surroundings nice atmosphere great food friendly staff and in wonderful company. ..Will definitely be returning soon..would highly recommend make sure to book in advance especially at the weekend so you won't be disappointed as it is very busy .well done to the owners there was definitely a need for a place like this in Ballinasloe wishing you continued success.
