Mcdonald's - Ballarat

Wonderful, my double cheese Burger meal was literally done in like 3 minutes and the checkout was nice, relaxed and did not seem in the least compared to any other time I have been in fast food

We used the car to get what we wanted. It was covered and not open to the elements. The service was fast and the staff was efficient. Only one thing, though, some frit is usually what you expect on a cappuccino instead of a virtual flat white.

Technical problems upset some customers. I usually block ways to protect staff in shops. This effort was not necessary. An employee called her to go. About my size and language level. I don't have to interfere. 71, 196 cm, 100 kg large voice....

I just wanted to say a special thankyou to Bella Griffith. Me and 2 friends were physically as-sualted by another customer for our fashion sense (coloured hair, piercings and whatnot) and she handled it incredibly well. She made sure we were okay and was more than happy to offer us help whether it be the security footage or encouraging us to call the police when we didn't want to make a fuss. Obviously the area isn't the safest but the staff are incredibly responsible and I commend the entire team for their compassion

It was okay. The drive through line was huge so we went inside to order and ended up eating in. Ordering was easy on the machine. One was broken. The food came quite quickly. The staff were quite distracted and busy. Ordered breaky. Again, it was okay. I worked out having no cheese on the egg and bacon McMuffin made it a lot nice. Just my opinion. Got coffee too which is at a different counter. They had all the different milks which is good. I don’t think this maccas will ever be short of customers. Maybe some extra staff would improve things a bit.
