Bidra med feedbackThe food was amazing and the service was fantastic. Can't wait to eat here again!
VENUE: 5/5 Very hidden, yet conveniently placed next to Shangri-La mall which allows for easy parking. The restaurant is reminiscent of traditional Japan interiors, but with a hint of something I cannot describe. Lovely decor though! FOOD: 9/10 Well thank goodness their meat is godly, because otherwise I would have been sorely disappointed. Their best seller is Saga Rib Eye Grade A4 that I ordered rare (comes uncooked and you cook it yourself on a hot stone) and it quite literally melted in my mouth. This being said, I think I discovered that I like meats that are a bit less marbled, but that is just a personal preference. I remember being pleased with the side dishes, but I cannot recall what they were... SERVICE: 5/5 Service was not memorable, which it ideal for me so that I may focus on the food. OVERALL: 19/20 Delicious steaks with a bit of a price tag, but so incredibly delicious.
A world-class steak experience. My girlfriend and I decided to have our Valentine’s date here and we were not disappointed. Obviously, the price of the food here is way up there. But to say that the experience, the quality, and the taste of the food is “worth it” is an understatement. The complimentary bread was fresh, hot, and deliciously goes with the butter they provide. Don’t eat too much bread though to not be pre-filled before the main event. We ordered 350g of Ribeye Grade 8. The steak is big enough for two people as advertised. The meat melts in your mouth like butter and the flavor immediately covers your palate. The baked potato that goes with the wagyu is also spot-on perfect. It’s soft, and flavorful. It really complements the rich flavor of the wagyu beef. Pasta Pomodoro is a great side for the steak. The rich tomato flavor complements the wagyu steak you’re having. My girlfriend usually doesn’t like Italian-style pasta (it being sour), but this is an exception for her. The Gambas is also a revelation. The freshness of the shrimp and the garlic flavor with the olive oil can be tasted with every bite. Service is also world-class. Something that I expected from a restaurant of this caliber.
We had our new year's eve dinner here and I was VERY impressed. The soup, salad, service and wagyu were all exquisite! We loved the wine and oysters as well. Would definitely come back here. Worth the price for us.
No doubt its wagyu beef being served here, other menu selections are excellent, loved their pomodoro pasta, crew were kind, attentive and courteous, place is cozy but can not escape from the smell from the beef as it sizzles on the stone grill.
