Wimpy - Balfour

Have more than six years having breakfast at this restaurant but the reception by the supvisor today was uncold full Today was my first time worse experience at this restaurant

The worst breakfast experience ever…. On Mother’s Day such a let down Wimpy you can do better. Service was terrible for the first time in my life I did not tip the waitress. The food was cold and the toaster was broken so no toast. We waited 40 minutes for our food and there was problem with all the meals. We are a family of 6. The bill was just over R700…. Wimpy you spoilt the start to the day for us incredibly disappointed. The chips were old, the scrambled eggs cold, no toast. The size of the patty in reality and the picture on the menu very misleading… the drinks were great would have been nice to have been asked if we wanted more during our loooong wait. The worst is that no one took accountability a worrying trend….

Alice was very friendly and extremely helpful. Staff is very professional and always have a smile. It was great visiting because they had power when it was loadshedding.

Staff at this site are so welcoming and with their food,I will not lie always hot and fresh
