Pepe's Mexican Food - Baldwin Park

There was my friend who was out of town for dinner. The staff was attentive and friendly. Her food was delicious served hot and fresh. The flavors were on site. I went a few days before breakfast and ordered the Juevos rancheros plate. Again served hot and full of taste. Fresh and delicious. Staff need a shrine because they are the people who make it all possible. TYVM one and all.

First assessment for this location. Stopd by Covina at 9:30, but closed early. He waited for 5 minutes drive and nothing, although we see the people inside and they saw us. Anyway, they get my 1 star rating later. They called Baldwin Park to confirm hours, and they answered and said they were open until midnight, so it started. Very friendly trip thru participants and was good at confirming our order and overall. Went for Taquitos, but ended up in Asada afteros because of the other reviews and pictures and glad we were. Something too much beans, but otherwise fire. We asked for Chile Verde Sauce on the page because the GF does not pig, but they have a version with and without pork. I suggest you add it to the top right because it made the difference. I wouldn't say the Asada was the best I had, or the beans or the green sauce or any other topping for this matter, but the combination works. We got the mini-taquitos as planned and got Taco what is my way, but was so full of Nachos that we only ate them the next day. Late night Saturday desire satisfied. Pro Tip: You have four different salsas at this point. A bright red (my favorite, because it goes well with roasted food), a chipotle, a ranchera (next Fave) and green (my GF Fave). Make sure to try them all and choose your favorites.

Food was good, but the guy who took the order got it wrong and had to wait twice as long as food

Eating Burrito is bomb! 100% recommended if your meat eater, Machaca burrito, if your more of a breakfast person who likes vegetables.

I really enjoy the food here, love their salsa, it's perfect for me for someone can't eat that spicy
