Prior visits go to this location my bread was always stale and dry leaving a mess with pieces all over the place so I tried going a little after opening and the bread was STALE! Why does this location use old bread? I?m curious when they bake it butoverall the sandwich was awesome #7 on wheat!! But one thing for sure the young lady (with bad acne sorry) making my sandwichDID NOT want to be there and you can?t blame it on a ?long day? because they were only open for about 30-45 min bad attitudestale bread not a good combo

My boyfriend, daughter I have been customers of yours for many yrs.Through all this time, we've never tried any of your other sandwiches except for the #13 ORIGINAL ITALIAN, Giant, Mike's Way.Absolutely enjoy the relish, how your staff never skimps on taste, flavor, or fresh ingredients. We're hooked on our favorite,delicious, tasty Italian sub. Someday in our future, we'll try some of your other delicious recipes. Promise. Of course, that'llbe a TO-GO order for L8r.???? We've eaten at 4 of your locations so far. They're always clean, organized, offer friendlyservice, delicious food, adhere to pandemic protocol. Simply ordered lunch in jersey mikes here in soonwin park and it is quite good in the regular. Today they have all 3 sandwiches we ordered online incorrectly. one was the wrong brot, the 2. missing 2 items to the sandwich that the Italian sandwich I had ordered had ham, cheese, salat, tomatenessig. wth.

If I could give this location a zero I would. I have tried several times to order delivery through their app and every time something goes wrong. They NEVER read the directions for how we want our sandwiches. Worst of all you try to contact the store and NO ONE ever picks up the phone. I cannot tell you the amount of times I have tried to get someone on the phone here. They don't even have an email. Food is decent but with customer service like this your better off going to subway or another local sandwich shop. Totally not worth it, even with free delivery.
