Bidra med feedbackGreat Sunday lunch for family birthday celebrations. Very tasty meat appetizers, zucchini tortino, tomini with tomato jelly and frittatina with sausage. The first steak with homemade pasta and tasty and delicate sauces (nuts with ragu or sauce with mushrooms and agnolotti with roasted sauce) was really excellent and homemade flavors. Very good also chicken rollatina with baked potatoes per second. We did not try desserts having brought birthday cake but the sorbet was very good. Menu from €30 to head therefore very abundant and absolutely adequate. Kindness of owners outside the municipality and location immersed in the green of the Turin hill under Superga. We will definitely come back!
A beautiful farm immersed in the hill of Superga. A perfect menu respectful of tradition where it dominates the taste of genuine things, where a simple tomino marries with celery and nuts and where a superlative lonzino tonnato teases the palate. Roasted sauce agnolotti and vegetable greens have a homey taste of other times. They pinch our papillae hazelnut cake and bunet and a homemade liquor... unique in its kind. In all this wonder not to forget the availability and kindness of the staff and attention to the customer. The farm Ai Guiet was a fantastic surprise a few steps from home.... A sincere thanks for the fantastic day!
The location is more than happy; a stone's throw from Superga (literally, in 10 minutes walk you get there) and a bit 'disconnected from the main road, so panorama and silence are guaranteed. The room: simple and not too bright, given the location: there is only one window to let the light enter. The bed is the minimum union: a net with the mattress (more pillows and blankets, of course). The restaurant area is more stripped than minimal; it does not transmit heat in any way. The homemade pasta is however pleasant and the braised with ratatouille is applause. We smile on the dessert: the semifreddo arrived in the liquid state. Breakfast is only sweet and the cafeteria is to be forgotten.

Two beautiful days spent with the family, guests of the very kind Laura and Maurizio Ai Guiet. Enviable location five hundred meters from the spectacular basilica of Superga, a real national monument. Regarding the farm already said of the courtesy of the owners, to highlight the typical dishes of Piedmont cuisine at km0. All very appreciated and highly recommended, also as a base for a visit to the center of Turin, which is only 8km (Piazza V. Veneto in 20 minutes by car).
