It doesn't have a menu, it tells you it's a set menu but you don't know the price until in the end you pay a lot for four stupid things that have nothing different. For more than one hundred euros that two people pay, you can eat better and more in a good Japanese restaurant. The place is small, personally we were not very comfortable. The best restaurant in Gran Canaria! There is no menu, it is a multi-step tasting menu (depending on your appetite) with elaborate recipes and dishes prepared right in front of you: sushi, california, gyoza, sashimi, etc. For a starter salad, 5 gyozas, 8 californias, a salmon and tuna tartare with rice and avocado (everything to share for 2) 3 nigiri each drinks, we had it for 80€. The fish is of exceptional quality, everything is super well seasoned and balanced. Baptiste took too good care of us. He explained to us how to properly taste the different Japanese dishes. In short, an unforgettable experience for us. We enjoyed ourselves so much the first time that we went back the next day to taste other recipes from the chef. I recommend trying the yuzu sake and the liver, eel and scallop nigiri. This restaurant alone is worth the detour in Telde! I recommend going there at noon, because in the evening it may be full.
