Festival' Sushi - Balakhna

I wanted to order a set, the operator called back and said that the order was waiting for 3.5 hours. I'm shocked, what kind of service is this?! Refused this service. I do not advise. Service: 1

I contacted the restaurant three times, two of which were for delivery, and the last time I picked up my order in person. The sushi and rolls are tasty and match the menu descriptions. However, the preparation takes a long time. When I arrived to pick up my order, there was only the administrator present, and no cooks were in sight. My order wasn't ready even after waiting 1 hour and 45 minutes. When I asked about the delay, I was told that everyone was busy, even though there was no one in the kitchen. While the food is good, the service could be improved.

As the chain became more popular, the quality of the food has declined a bit. Additionally, the wait time for orders has increased significantly.

Delivered 50 minutes later. The pizza is delicious. I recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5
