This is the best Mexican restaurant in Bakersfield. It is one of the classiest restaurants. The servers are top-notch and serve your food in style! The food is delicious. Everything I've ever tried here is exceptionally good! Their molé and tortillas are freshly made. This is my favorite Mexican restaurant in Los Angeles and Kern counties! I celebrate my birthday here many times! Their tilapia fish tacos are delicious, too.

We had my birthday dinner there, a bit expensive for the quality and quality of food. I had to order a second plate for my 8-year-old because he was still hungry. my fajitas had barely meat and were dry. I liked the fact that the bores come in a mini tosrada shell, and it is very clean and beautiful.

This place looks like a old Italian gangster picked out the tables and chair and said that look like Mexico to me capeech... the food isn't anything special and far from authentic Mexican food. It's the true Americanized version. But for that side of town I guess it good...

If you like fresh food, great atmosphere, and needing a place to just relax, then Sol Y Luna is your place! The owner even sat with us to talk about everything and anything we wanted to! Amazing service and hardly waited for our food! Will always come back!

Our waitress was good until we told her we ordered pot beans not fried. She scolded us said, I heard you talking about which beans you wanted but you didn't tell me directly Not correct. Anyway, beans are the cheapest thing they sell. Why not just bring some pot beans and let the customer be right. We were treated like children. They charge for tortillas. The decorative water glasses had broken glass edges that cut our hands. That is really irresponsible.
