Mcdonald's - Bakersfield

This McDonald's is fantastic! Located right off the 99 highway and open 24 hours.

The drive-thru service we received from Britney was fantastic! It was her first day, and she provided excellent customer service. Despite the manager's insistence that we needed to come inside or go around to order a strawberry shake we forgot, Britney went the extra mile to take our order at the window. Her actions ensured that my son could enjoy his shake, and I greatly appreciated her kindness. Overall, I am rating the customer service we received from Britney as exceptional, despite the manager's apparent rudeness.

I always order McDonald's coffee because I'm a broke college student. This location has the best coffee compared to the others I've been to. I've visited three different McDonald's in Delano and McFarland, and this one is definitely the best. The curbside service is very fast as well.

Went to buy my Pokemon Happy Meal and buy 20 Hot Mustards to send to a friend in South Dakota because the McDonald's in SD doesn't carry the Hot Mustard. They would have reached a 5 star but when I arrived home and started packing the Hot Mustard in a box to get ready to ship I realized they were 2 short and being I paid for them apparently someone doesn't know how to count to 20 let alone 21 because I was missing the BBQ one that came with my nuggets.
