Golden Cabin Mexican - Bakersfield

I give this restaurant a 5-star rating because of the long-time employees who truly make it special! Blanca was outstanding! When I found out there was a new owner and began to notice new staff members, I had a feeling that things would change. I rarely saw Blanca or the familiar faces I had come to know over the years. The service definitely wasn't the same. My sister had to wait for her food while the new employees seemed to prioritize their own meals over the customers.

Chili Verde was excellent! The staff was very friendly. My 8-year-old granddaughter highly recommended it, saying she loves the people who work there. So, Olive gives it a 10 out of 10!

I stumbled upon this restaurant while waiting for a friend to finish an appointment. The service was quick and friendly, and the food was tasty with generous portion sizes. The thin margaritas were fantastic too. I’ll definitely be coming back!

I personally know the new owners there very kind, noble, humble. lots of people were super upset that there was a new owners for the reason that everything was going to change when nothing changed besides the name. the foods the same good as always but people need to be nicer to upcoming owners!! the waitresses are always kind and welcoming I might say!!!!!

Went here on a Saturday night. We were the only customers. The server was a very sweet lady. We ordered drinks and they were PERFECT! OUR FOOD WAS GOOD!! And we were surprised on how low our bill was. DEFINETLY COMING BACK. THANK YOU FOR THE AWESOME EXPERIENCE!
